    Check your Service Level Agreement

    This will depend on the clients individual Service Level Agreement but the maximum period will be 5 working days

    Yes of course, if data can be retrieved we will let you know when it is available. If for some reason it cannot be retrieved we will agree a data patch with you before applying.

    Data checks and realtime publishing

    All our data is checked every day by an individual data manager so yes, however we publish data live in real time. Therefore it is possible that the data you are looking at is unchecked and if a fault exists we won't have spotted this yet.
    If in any doubt please contact our helpdesk and they will be happy to check.
