The challenge
McDonald's Den Helder Drive faced the challenge of enhancing speed and efficiency in their drive-thru service. Upgrading from a single to a dual lane drive increased capacity but also highlighted the need for improved communication and operational oversight.
The goal was to ensure quick, clear interactions between customers and staff, and swiftly identify and address any service delays, all while maintaining the high-quality experience McDonald's customers expect.
Our approach
To enhance speed and efficiency in their drive-thru service, we assisted McDonald's Den Helder by upgrading their communication systems and gaining deeper operational insights.
