What’s your day-to-day all about, at PFM?

Every day, the HR team is dedicated to assisting our employees and the business in various people-related activities. In my role as HR Director, I consistently engage in strategic planning to enhance our global practices. I will review our strategies and actively participate in day-to-day tasks to provide support to the team.

What makes PFM a great place to work in your book?

The amazing people, of course! I have received so much support throughout my career at CoreTech and then PFM which has allowed me to enhance processes, find improvements and do my part to help progress the business to where it is today. At PFM, everyone has a voice and can participate in a rapidly growing business.

What’s the main thing you’re currently working on?

Right now, we are focusing on making PFM an even better place to work. We are continuously reviewing employee benefits, we have planned fun engagements throughout the year and are committed to providing everyone with a development plan to support and enhance their career.
